This would involve first of all understanding
the company’s vision and focus
for the Customer Service Department
or Division and would then seek to
drill that down through all levels
of the teams involved. Checking, analysing
and understanding where there are
blockages or issues and also identifying
the people and areas that are both
performing and under performing. Feedback
would be with a detailed report of
the findings handed over during a
debriefing session with senior maganers.
Departmental Healthcheck
For teams or departments that are
performing below expectations or agreed
service level agreements. The process
would begin by spending time on site
in one-to-one meetings with designated
staff and would also involve investigating
all areas of cross-over with other
departments and teams.

a strategy to manage the impact. This
can have dramatic improvement in confidence,
performance and satisfaction
Connect Sessions
Designed to help people to connect
at a slightly deeper level in order
to bring teams together. This can
be even more effective when working
with cross-functional groups of people
or new teams.
Meditation/Relaxation
Sessions are for 8-12 people and can
last anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes.
Can be stand-alone or part of other
sessions.
Giving people the time and space to
be able to completely unwind and relax
in the workplace can very quickly
reduce stress and enhance performance.
For the greatest benefit there should
be a series of sessions over a number
of consecutive weeks to enable people
to quickly and easily reach their
desired state.

One to One Services
Personal Energy
Balancing
Using principles based on kinesiology
and working with energy flows within
the body, this practical and non-invasive
process leaves people feeling stronger
and clearer in a very short space
of time. They also leave the session
with techniques to help them to maintain
this level of balance. In extreme
or demanding cases, shorter follow-up
sessions may be required.
Mentoring
A more intensive and personal process
involving elements of most of the
other services along with specific
goal setting and personal management
techniques. Would involve both face
to face and telephone/email based
sessions.
Deep relaxation/Creative
Visualisation
As in the group sessions but specifically
tailored to each persons individual
requirements. Ideal for Managers who
are about to embark on a large task
or project or for anyone who has lost
time off work due to stress.
