Dear Chris

I was chatting with Dylan yesterday about your work and the clearing of our office. You asked Peter and me to review progress after one month, and it just so happens that yesterday marked the month end.

What you do for a living is great material for sceptics like me to knock. It is difficult to put into words let alone prove that it has real value. Some might describe it as plain weird.

The trouble is that I now know there is something to it. Something has happened to our office environment, our outlook and attitudes.

§ We have always had good lines of communication between ourselves, I just know they are stronger and clearer.
§ We see the office in a different light and feel better whilst in it.
§ We are taking actions now which have been consistently put off.
§ We are enjoying our work more.

I am the type of person who needs tangible forms of evidence to demonstrate a truth, so it is frustrating to be able to state anything other than intangibles. I just know it works.

I doubt we would have used your skills if it were not for the fact that we have known you for two years. Therefore if you come across someone who may find a third party opinion helpful, please accept this open invitation to get them to telephone us there and then.
